5. Location: At Natinonal Heritage Phong Nha - Ke Bang in Quang Binh Province, Viet Nam.

6. Project overview:

Investor of the project is a company operates in the field of infracstructure of civil construction works and its head office located in Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

The project covers a land area of 52ha and is divided into two separated sub-areas along both sides of the green and dreamlike Son River, on the way to  Phong Nha Cave. It is a self – contained tourism area which combines natural ecological tourism of the heritage area and man-made ecological tourism. This Project will be the first, the largest and the most attractive tourism development in Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. In the coming decades, it will help transform Phong Nha – Ke Bang, Quang Binh province in particular and the Middle of Vietnam in general into one of the leading tourist destinations of Vietnam.

The investment license and land usage right certificate of the project were granted in March 2006. The investor has completed land clearing and erected some of the first buildings.
