The Construction company has head office located in Lang Son, operates in investing, constructing and executing new urban zone, leisure area, producing building materials. The owner is a building engineer with over 25 years of experience in this field.

1. Project summary:

A. Project purpose:

- Study report on feasibility of investing and constructing a new urban sub-area as a modern urban area in conformity with general plan of city, contributing to speed up urbanization, change landscape; playing an important part in the change of socio-economic conversion and improvement of environment scenes.

- Selecting the most optimal measure of dividing into plots for offices and residential areas; ensuring reasonable architectural space, airy environmental space, traffic in combination with trees to create a clean environment; supplying electricity and water for activities, urban illumination, surface and sewage drainage in accordance with user’s demand   

B. Project scale:

Entire project is located on an area of 95,200m2 which has already been licensed. This project is for investing in new construction of whole technical infrastructure inclusive of works:

- Leveling ground

- Internal traffic paths.

- Water supply system

- Drainage system

- Electricity supply system

Systems of communication, cable TV invested and posted by the Posts and Telecom branch

2. Mode of cooperation

Investment under mode ofBTO: constructing technical infrastructure, transferring and trading in housing and real estate.
