The Project manager is a well-experienced and person, who has traveled a lot in the Europe, ever worked in German Democratic Republic for seven years, acted as representative for Buscher & Hofschulz for five years, specialized in exporting outdoor furniture and decorative plants to Germany; traded in houses for leases during 1992-1999; opened two restaurants in Dist. 1 and Dist. 4 (Ho Chi Minh City) in 1998-1999. Since 2001, he has only focused on a tourist project in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, the project has been granted with license since the second quarter of 2003; without bank debt, not buying financial invoice; the trading is completely legal. Project for tourist area is divided into periods as follows: - Period 1: on an area of 72,180 m2 , with 240 m on the coastal front, 250m along side the road, 30m wide; main items are gradation, infrastructure, gate, fence, saltwater fish aquarium, hot-cold saltwater swimming pool for disease treatment, tennis court, mini football stadium, playground for children, covered sea walls, optional eating and drinking supermarket, imperial architecture, 100 9-m2-family sleeping tents, a section of eating and drinking tables, a house model including a 80m2-ground floor and a 100m2-upper floor (in Beton architecture – in antique imitated wood) - Period 2: department stores, 19 antique imitated wood-houses Due to shortage of capital, we now need a loan of USD 1,250,000 (one million, two hundred and fifty thousand US dollars) within 60 months to invest in the first period. The interest rate is set at 12-16%/year. Assets for security are a land with right of land use granted for 50 years, valued at USD 1,687,500.00, with registering charge completed. |
