The Company operates in commerce and services in Ba Ria – Vung Tau. At present, we own a Project for an Eco-tourist area in Ba Ria – Vung Tau on an area of 16 hectare with an investment of VND 54 billion to execute it. This is potential project on a central position with a large number of tourists and high-income residents who have demand of leisure and entertainment. We need some additional capital to complete the project in timely progress. Total loan is USD 1,000,000.00 (one million US dollars) within 6-10 years with the interest rate of rate equal to the commercial banks for the same duration at 12.5%/year.
