We would like to invite home and foreign investors and partners to invest 100% capital in two plots with areas of 25ha and 45ha in Cua Lo Town, Nghe An province with purpose of carrying out Project “Resort Spa – Eco-tourism – Five-star hotel” in Nghe An.

The project is under management of the People’s Committee of Cua Lo town – Nghe An province. All plan procedures have been fulfilled. Duration of land use is within 50 years with convenience in clearing premise.

The plots are located near the sea, thus convenient for developing tourism, attracting tourists coming to sunbath and enjoy water sports. Moreover, it is also near Lan Chau Island where Bao Dai King’s Pleasure-house, next to Ngu Island and beautiful beach built the French in the past.  Traffic speaking, the plots are positioned near port, wide and beautiful roads running towards the sea; so tourists can find easy to visit landscape.
