The project is located in Ha Tay locality, 40km far away from Hanoi; it is in the provincial eco-tourist community, near the main traffic road stretching from Hanoi to the Northern provinces.

2.Project’s area:

Total project’s area: 28,000m2

Of which:

- 5,000m2 in which the company has invested for construction since 2003 and licensed with certificate of land use right and investment certificate by Ha Tay Provincial People’s Committee.

- 20,000m2 expanded was licensed by the Ha Tay Provincial People’s Committee in 2006.

- 3,000m2 of empty ground.

B/ Scale and total investment value for work items:

- Develop and expand from spa eco-tourist into a high-ranking resort, meeting the demand for relax, entertainment, beauty and health-care.

- Total investment: VND 35 billion only of which VND 15 billion has been invested by the company.
