State-owned enterprise – Construction Corporation No. 1 – Ministry of Construction, was equitized since 2003. The Company, over past 25 years of establishment, operates in trading and exporting – importing building materials and equipments, constructing and erecting industrial works and technical infrastructures; producing building materials; trading in real estate; At present, we are the unit selected by the foreign partners to participate in the performance of most of important infrastructure of Ho Chi Minh City and nation such as bridges, passages, revenues, etc.

At present, the Company has a project of complex of Complex of High-ranking Commercial, Office and Residential Building served for new urban development in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, in the front side of revenue, next to the new urban area, 2.5 km far away from Thu Thiem passage gate;  total area: 1.5 hectare; total construction floor area: over 70,000m2 (including three floors for commerce, two twenty-storey office and residential  blocks).
