| Deal Info: | Established in 2002 and based in the centre of Son La town, the company is engaged in the construction of civil, transportation and irrigation works, and trade in electronic goods. At present, the company has a project to develop a hydro-power plant in Son La, which has been licensed. The plant has a capacity of 10 MW and the yearly output is 50 million KWh. As we are in need of capital to fulfil the project, we are calling for domestic and foreign investors to form a joint venture to invest in constructing the plant and putting it into operation. The total capital called for is USD 11,250,000.00 (eleven million, two hundred and fifty thousand US dollars). The investment duration is 10 to 12 years. |
