Vietnam Business Investment Loans

Founded in 2006, the company operates in commerce, specializes in real estate, tourism and petroleum services. It now has two projects which have been approved by the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau on investment.

- Project 1: area of 50ha with 350m for beach invested to be five-star international standard resort. The company leases this land from state for 50 years.

- Project 2: area of 15,000m2 invested to build a five-star hotel and high-ranking villas. This land is in the name of Owner.

Two projects above, for which we wish to cooperate with big and prestigious investors, are two feasible ones located in the tourist center of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, thus will bring high profits to the Investors.
