A/ Summary on project properties:

1. Project location:

- Located in the center of Nha Trang coastal city, near Dam market, Maximark Supermarket, 1.5 km far away from the inter-provincial coach station and train station, and about 30 minutes by taxi from Cam Ranh Airport.

- Near Khanh Hoa Sports Center, 200m far away from the beach.

2. Actual state of project:

- Total area of the plot: 2,025m2, of which area for constructing a three-floor building takes 700m2. At present, we are trading in hotel service with a system of one-star green-rooms and a section of Massage, Karaoke, Billiard

- The hotel is located near residential area, provincial sports center, with an airy space, convenient for trading in tourism and services.

B/ Mode of Planning project and investment cooperation:

With its actual state and location of the plot, the owner is willing to cooperate and select one of following project:

1. Project opening a supermarket:

- Capital estimated for basic construction: USD 1,000,000 (one million US Dollars only).

- On an area of 2,025m2 for building a commercial center (supermarket) with three floors, total area for use: 6,000m2.

2. Project building a hospital:

- Capital estimated for basic construction: USD 5,000,000 (five million US Dollars only).

- The project is carried out for new construction of three-floor building on entire premise; area for construction of 1,600m2 with 90 rooms for patients and 20 rooms for patients’ relatives.

3. Project constructing three-star hotel:

- Capital estimated for basic construction: USD 2,500,000 (two million and five hundred thousand US Dollars only).

- Upgrading a hotel, this is under exploitation, into a three-star hotel. Eight to ten floors with 120 greenrooms will be built with services such as restaurants, souvenir stall, hairdresser’s, swimming-pool, Massage and leisure.
