| Deal Info: | Established in 1993, the company is engaged in the following lines of business: construction, afforestation, import and export of coffee, hotel, other services… The company has constructed an international standard plant to produce coffee for export, and has invested over USD 2 million in Brazillian technologies, machinery and equipment assembled in Vietnam. Factories and workshops have been constructed on 5 ha in Cu Jut District, Dak Nong. We invest in this plant to make use of local farm produce. In 2006-2007, the plant plans to process over 300,000 tons of coffee. We are seeking investors to make joint venture as soon as possible in order to put the plant into operation in the fourth quarter of 2006. We are looking for investors to invest in buying coffee, processing and exporting to the world market and share profits.
