Vietnam Business Investment Loans

Established in 1998 in Thanh Hoa, the company has been in operation for 8 years, and our brand has been known in Thanh Hoa and in other provinces. At the present, we have one plant in operation. In terms of staff, we have high skilled engineers and workers with full time training and years of experiences in the printing industry. We are now constructing the second plant on a 5000m2 piece of land in an industrial zone north west of the Station, Thanh Hoa, therefore, we need more capital or cooperation to buy more machines and equipment, including:

- one 16 page 4 colour offset printer  (Germany) 
- one 8 page 4 colour offset printer (Japan)
- one zincograph machine

- one digital paper trimming machine
- a hi-tech production line to make carton boxes

We are seeking foreign partners to contribute capital and management skills to make a joint venture, or to make investment, to provide us with a loan to increase production and expand the markets.

2. Total amount of capital called for:
The total amount of capital called for is USD 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand US dollars)
Duration of investment: 10 years

Profit will be shared by an arrangement with the investor. In case of a loan, the proposed interest rate is 8-10%/year.
