1. Location: Yen Mo district – Ninh Binh.

Located on the National Highway No. 1A, between Ninh Binh town and Tam Diep town, near Tam Coc – Bich Dong Tourist Area and temples of Dinh King and Le King

2. Scale:

- Project area: 4ha.

- Total investment estimated: USD 5,250,000.00

- Items of project: Power station, water supply station, accommodation building for workers, restaurants, Karaoke rooms, swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, massage rooms and some other items.
