The firm runs in the field of trading and construction with headquarter in Hanoi. We now have a project constructing 3-star hotel on an area of 1,500m2 issued with Certificate of Land Use Right in the center of Ha Long city, Quang Ninh. All procedures have been completed, yet due to the dearth for finance for further investment; therefore we want to transfer land together with project or call for investment. Transfer price is estimated at USD 750,000.00 (land only, excluding project). Please refer to some brief information about the project:

 

1. Assessment on the necessity of investment:

Tourism services promotion and making the best of natural and human potentiality and power in different localities in general and Quang Ninh in particular have been bulging issues over past years. Vietnam tourism has significantly developed to be worthy of national key economic sector. Vietnam has signed and successfully implemented bilateral tourism cooperation agreement with foreign countries; set up and boosted tourism cooperation with countries in the region as well as in the world.  Vietnam has partnership with over 1,000 firms in 60 different countries and territories. The event of Vietnam successful accession to World Trade Organization attracts foreign investors to seek for investment opportunities in Vietnam.

 
Since 1990, the amount of tourists has maintained at high growth rate of over 20% in average per annum. The amount of International tourists increases 11 times from 250,000 turns (1990) to approximately 3,000,000 ones (2004) whereas the number of domestic tourists increases 14.5 times from 1,000,000 turns (1994) to 14,500,000 ones (2005). Most of the foreign tourists come from China, Europe, North America, East Asia; especially tourists from Thailand, Cambodia, and Singapore undergo a sudden increase. According to the estimation of Tourism Department, there are 4.6 to 4.8 million international turns and 16.7 million domestic turns in 2007.
 
2. Project’s target:  

- Investing and constructing a complex of modern and high quality hotels meeting with international standards and demand for economic, tourism and trading activities.

- Developing eco-tourist land in the line with complete development orientations on general tourism plan of Quang Ninh province, bringing economic and social efficiency.

 

3. Project scope:

Hotel area is constructed on an area of over 1,500 m2 including works below:

- 3-star five-floor hotel with 60 rooms (including 44 standard green rooms and 16 VIP rooms)

- 200m2 Luxurious and warm restaurant for tourists, weddings and conferences

- 280m2 of land for Bar and café, 200m2 for dance and conferences

- Green area, fountain system, scenery, garden and court, etc
 
Under actual circumstances, investment stages can be ceaselessly implemented so that the project will finish as soon as possible, maybe in late 2007
