The owner is a company operating in tourism and services, established in 2004 with head office in Hanoi. At present, the company has a Project building a filling station and general service area in Hoa Binh province. All procedures related have been completed, thus can be brought into construction and operation right now. Hereunder is some overview on project: 

1.Location of project: Hoa Binh Province

Located near essential traffic points, next to power station belonging to the National Grid.

2.Scale of project: Total area for use: 10,000m2, 100m front. Project is divided into 2 main sections:

-Area for selling oil and petroleum: including lean-to covering filling station (200m2), office building (96m2), underground tank (200m2, capacity of 150m3, underground tank).

-General services area:  

+ Restaurant system: surface area: 500m2, inclusive of two floors:

    First floor: including kitchen, food storage, section of souvenirs and particular products of Hoa Binh province; section of selling fast food and refreshers, etc.

   Second floor: including dining room which is beautifully designed to meet the demand of the visitors, tourists from inter-provincial car passengers.

+ Greenroom section: Total surface area: 400m2, inclusive of 2 floors:

    First floor: Arrange great hall for collective activity with seats for rest, watching TV, playing table tennis.

   Second floor: Building close-designed well-equipped greenrooms in two classes: Class 1: about 25 rooms equipped according to normal standards (with beds, wardrobes, fans, illumination system). Class 2: about 5 rooms under higher standards (with beds, wardrobes, working tables and desks, air-conditioner, hot/cold water jug, TV, fridge, etc.).

+ Maintenance area for means of transport:

   Total area of 720m2, building a house, providing services of primary maintenance, changing petroleum and pumping lubricant, cleaning cars, etc.

   Others: Storage, internal roads, car parking, power station, water supply system, trees, protection fences, etc.

3.Aims of project:

- Building the system providing petroleum for means of transport

- Providing services of eating and drinking and resting place for drivers and passengers.

- Providing Services of motor maintenance and repair.

4.Economic and social effects:

Apart from meeting the demand of fuel and services for means and passengers on routes, project also brings economic effects to enterprise in particular and for society in general; at the same time it increases local budget and develops the local tourism and services.

Project to be built will facilitate the company with more material facilities for business, creating more jobs for about 45-50 labors, mainly of which are the locals. In addition, the project also contributes to the improvement of material and spiritual life for the local people.
