A company engaged in the production of tiles and bricks and based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City owns a factory manufacturing fire-resistant materials in Dong Nai. The factory was completed in 2005 and equipped with integrated technologies imported from LAIES BUCH, Germany, and has been in operation with the capacity of 13,200tons/year. Main products include: High Alumina bricks and SIC sheets.

The factory was constructed when the company was still a state-owned enterprise, and was tasked to invest in develop the factory with a view to diversifying the range of products. After equitization, the Board of Management issued a resolution to focus on traditional products in the construction material market, thus the company decides to sell this factory. The total price is Euro 9,000,000.00 (nine million euro).
