With headquarter in the center of Da Nang city, used to be state-own enterprise which was privatized in 2005, the company operates in packing production. Main business lines: trading, import and export, services and production.

The company has packing factory which founded and operated in 2006 in Nha Be district- Ho Chi Minh city. There are 5 cement grinding stations with total output of 5 million tons per year. Packing need increases up to over 80,000,000 products/year.

As we need money, we wish to transfer the factory in Ho Chi Minh city for investors interested in this field. Expected fixed assets value: USD 1,875,000.00. The price will be further negotiated when investors start transaction. Please refer to some information to the factory:

1.Products:

At present, main packing products of the company are: cement bag, agricultural bag, fertilizer bag, cattle feed bag, and canvas.

2.Machines and equipments:

A/ Machines and equipments system supplied by Lohia Starlinger (India) produced in 2006 include:

-  01 spinning machine (144 rolls), model LOREX E75B.800

-  04 6-shuttle round knitting-machine, model LS HDN6.

-  04 6-shuttle round knitting-machine, model LSL 6M.

B/ machines and equipments system supplied by Armandar (Taiwan) produced in 2006 include:

-  01 film-coating compound machine 3 in 1, model YJ-LA-90_15SW.

-  01 machine for joining cement bags, model 26M-P.

-  02 sewing-machine, model TN-2D.

C/ Domestic machines and equipments: The factory also has some domestic machines and equipments serving production and business activities.

The output of the above machines and equipments is 25 bags/year.

The company is supplying its products for many enterprises including big companies such as Chinfon cement company, Nghi Son cement company, etc.
