With headquarter in Hanoi, the company used to be an economic entity under a privatized enterprise which was formerly a State-own one.  Its main business lines include production of leather, leatherette, cloth, plastic and rubber products; business in domestic and international tourism services, hotels and restaurants; import and export of products manufactured by company.

 

With 70 workers and 7,000m2 workshop out of 9,000m2 area (with 100m front surface), the company namely produces toecaps.
 
As the company needs money and thus seek for investment partners, we wish to sell 65% shares out of its charter capital held by Board of management – Controlling Board - Chief accountant for USD 1,250,000.00
